I am English and have been living in Brittany since 1992. Hands on healing, Energy Healing, Relaxology, Reiki are some of the alternative / complementary methods I use.

For many years I have been interested in alternative medicine and treatments and have followed a number of training courses on Energy healing, Lithotherapie and Reiki.


We often find ourselves tired, stressed etc and forget to take time out to relax and think about our bodies and mind. We need to confide in someone to talk to about our problems. That’s why I enjoy my job, I give that precious time to people, listen to them and help them find a solution using the many methods I have.

To relax, I enjoy gardening, being in contact with the earth and nature, walking on the beach and walking in the woods and forests around us. Trees share their energy with us !

Try it yourself ! Choose a tree, put your arms around it or just lean against it. Close your eyes and feel the energy, the vibrations in your body ... very subtle but they are there.

Tai Chi

Physical exercise is very important to recharge our energies. I have regularly practised Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 2006.

The ancient art of Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, Tai Chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions along with Qi Gong.


Yoga

I have also been doing Yoga since 2013. A spiritual approach from India . Here in the west the most often used is Hatha Yoga. A practise of different poses, breathing exercises and meditation. It is both phsical and spiritual.

With regular practice of Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga you will find a change in your body, more supple and also in your mind .

It gives a sense of well being.

Reiki

I have been using Reiki in my treatments since 2001 and hold the Reiki Master level 3.
